Song 1 – Last Thing at Night
This is a simple song listing
only some of the reasons children find to prolong bedtime! The
coda (end piece of instrumental music) uses only four notes:
G A B C and the whole coda can fit to the melody of the song.
I would suggest that the best option is to sing a verse of the
song and then play the coda along with the song melody rather
than trying to sing and play together. The sign after the first
four notes of the coda 
is a repeat sign so the first four notes are played again. The
note names in the coda are:
C B A G C B A G G A B C A B
C.
These notes can be played by
one child or group of children. Alternatively, one group could
play C B A G, another group G A B C and a third group A B C.
